The latest addition in the portfolio of security systems manufactured by ZABAG ANLAGEN-TECHNIK GmbH: Aluminium Cantilever Sliding Gates.

These gates come with a fully welded aluminium frame. Following fabrication, the gate frame is sweep blasted. By adopting this method of pre-treatment, the material surface is cleaned, and keyed - thus providing a perfect bond for the subsequent double powder coating process. The guide and closing posts are made of steel and fully protected by ZABAG’s proven anti-corrosion system - 3Plus. Moreover, the client may choose any RAL colour to achieve an individual look. The aluminium gates made by ZABAG may be manually or electrically operated. On power operated gates, the drive and control panel are located in an adjacent drive post. Programmable control panel type EP103 is an option available with our new aluminium gates. ZABAG gates are equipped with active safety buffers at all shear points together with an additional transmit/receive photocell beam.

The aluminium gates can be built with clear openings up to 12 metres and heights up to 2.5 metres, and it goes without saying that these gates provide the same high standard as their counterparts made of steel. Fixing bolts are included with the delivery of pre-installed aluminium gates.
