With a maximum opening and closing speed of up to 1 m/s, the high-speed bi-folding Gate MAPO FGZ CT achieves opening and closing speeds of barriers, but prevents access securely for pedestrians as well. An innovative catch mechanism combined with a motorized Locking devise stops vehicle break through attacks effectively. These features makes the gate especially suitable for high security applications, such as Embassies, Prisons or other critical infrastructures.
The Gate is designed for a shallow mounted installation depth of 650 mm only. This and the small as possible lay out of the foundations assists, to avoid collisions with existing supply lines, service pipes or other ground wires. Additionally it will also reduce costs. Thanks to the special and newly developed lever arm system, the bi-folding gate runs reliable and fully cantilevered, without need of any additional upper or lower tracks or rails.
Using the ZABAG MAPO FGZ CT, up to 600 operations per day are possible.
